We came together as a team of clinicians, product thinkers, and care operators who've experienced a loved one's need for high quality, always on Home Health. With experience in value-based care and a shared belief that patients deserve better, we set out to build a simpler, stronger, and more connected approach to skilled nursing care in the home.

Co-Founder, President, Chief Medical Officer
Extensive VBC in-home, and post-acute experience from senior executive roles at Northwell, Landmark, Prospero, medHealth and Optum at Home.
Dima Broslavsky
Co-Founder, CPTO
VP Engineering and founding engineer at Fundbox. Pioneered an embedded fintech platform and served as Product Lead and GM Israel.
Shyra Quimby, DHSc, MSN
Chief Clinical Strategy & Quality Officer
Led care delivery and clinical operations across many VBC models, with a focus on workflow and technology optimization. Formerly VP of Clinical Excellence at ConcertoCare.
Marsha Ramos, DNP
Strategic Advisor
Marsha has decades of experience in non-profit as well as for-profit home based care organizations. Marsha is a Registered Nurse with an advanced degree in Executive Leadership and is Lean Six Sigma certified, a true expert in home and community health operations.
